Best Vet in Town

I take all my animals here. They are very friendly and efficient and always know who I am when I call. I feel their prices are competitive. The vet Dr. Berry is one of the best animal surgeons around and while I have less experience with dr. Deam, he was great when my puppy broke his leg and took good care of him. He healed fabulously!

Dr Deam is wonderful

While I have not visited the Agoura Hills Animal Hospital, I do have previous experience with Dr. Deam. I think he only recently moved from a different practice to this one. I first know that my aunt has taken her pets (mostly cats) to Dr Deam for YEARS. So he came to me highly recommended. I first needed his assistance about a month before my beloved cat needed to be put to sleep. He spoke with me on the phone about her condition, and suggested I make her feel comfortable until she passed- or until the pain was too much, and then to bring her in. Almost exactly a month later, I needed to do just that. He was very kind with my cat, and gave me all the time with her that I needed. It was very emotional. He sent me a card afterwards, with some very touching words- the card is now in my cat's scrapbook that I made after she died. When I decided I was ready to bring new cats into my life, I brought them in for typical cat well visits. He was always very friendly and helpful.

Decent Vet

This animal hospital is fine, though a little bit on the pricey side. The vets seem kind and considerate and knowledgeable. You can generally get an appointment for your pet within a reasonable amount of time, and the receptionists are easy to deal with too. It's just not a bargain, but then again, little in veterinary medicine is.
